Returns:

Under the active EU legislature Mytrendylady guarantees to its clients the option of returning the products they have purchased within 14 days from the date the products were received irrespective of the reasons and in all instances when the products are defective or do not correspond to the order (wrong order).

 

1. General Terms and Conditions:

1.1. The clients of Mytrendylady may return their purchased products only once, except the cases of defect products/wrong shipments.

1.2. The clients of Mytrendylady may return their purchased products only in line with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1.3. Products on sale or at preferential prices may not be returned unless the reasons are defect products/wrong shipment.

1.4. This procedure is not applicable to large orders (more than three products), unless the reasons are defect products/wrong shipment.

1.5. The goal of Mytrendylady is to deliver products at lowest prices. That is why unlike other websites, we do not include the shipment costs in the displayed prices thus ensuring better transparency in forming the final prices. Hence, the costs for the initial delivery and for the return delivery of the product, if any, are not reimbursable and this also applies to the taxes and fees accrued by banks, customs and other institutions in processing your funds and the subsequent refund.

 

An exception to the above rule is when the return is due to defect products/wrong shipment. In this case Mytrendylady covers the above costs entirely.

2. What is a valid return?

In order to make a valid return of the product and to refund your money you must follow the procedure described below and comply with the following rules:

2.1. The product you wish to return, whether defect or mistakenly shipped or unwanted, must be returned in its original UNSEALED packing including all parts and accessories and labels. The product should not be used and must be returned in a condition that does not reduce its value. We also guarantee a full-refund option for your payment. Therefore, it is the client’s obligation to select such packaging and shipment that will ensure the integrity of the product.

2.2. Invalid return – when in spite of the observed procedures and deadline the product is used, is not in its original packing, is damaged due to exploitation or when shipped back, or when an impact of any kind has caused a reduction in its value.

 

2.3. Invalid return consequences – depending on the extent of the damage Mytrendylady may refuse the entire replacement and will send you back the product at your account, or may accept the returned product but will deduct from the refunded amount the costs for the damages caused to the product.

 

3. Return procedure:

3.1. When you decide to return the product within 14 days from the date it was received you must contact us by e-mail at office@mytrendylady.com and describe the circumstances. When the product has defects it is very important to describe the initial deficiencies that you have observed so that we can be sure they are not incurred at a later stage when the product was being returned to us.

 

3.2. After that our representative will give you detailed instructions on returning the product and the refund method. From this moment you will have 21 days to return the product. After this period the return option will be annulled and the product will be returned to you without an option for future returns.

 

3.3. Once we have received the product and verified that this is an eligible return (as described above), Mytrendylady will reimburse your payment according to the above procedure and in the same way you have made the payment. The overall period for refunding the money is 14 days from the moment the product is received.

 

Replacement:

 

Products will be replaced only if the return procedure is observed and the valid return requirements complied with.
