IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Dear customers based on the current Covid situation and considering the intensive shopping season the couriers in Europe are overwhelmed which causes delays in the pickup and delivery of the packages.

We process your orders promptly and they are collected by the couriers. However, as the packages are waiting to be processed by the couriers there may be no updates on your order for several days. Once the package is processed by the courier its status is updated and it gets delivered quickly.

The delivery period for our products is indicated on each product page and for most of the products it is 6-9 working days. Even though it takes almost a week before the courier updates the order status for the first time this does not mean that your package has not been shipped. If you have received the tracking details (please check your spam folder or here) the package is already sent, and you just have to wait for the courier to process it.
