MyTrendyLady insures each shipment for the entire duration of its transportation to the address you have indicated in the order. By accepting the shipment the entire liability for the commodity you have purchased is transferred to you. MyTrendyLady handles with care its products. The products are packed carefully in appropriate boxes. The products are double bubblewraped so to withstand a normal transportation. MyTrdendyLady has distribution centers in the following countries: United Kingdom, Germany and Bulgaria.

Delivery terms:

 

1. Standard postal service:

With this option, your order will be delivered via registered postal service in 10-15 post working days if you are located in Europe and 10-20 post working days if you are located anywhere else. This is a good way to save on shipping, but you definitely need to have tracking, please choose the express courier service.

In case there is no one available to receive your shipment a card/notice will be posted through your letterbox. Your parcel will be available for pick up at your local post office branch against id and signature. If the item is not collected within 14 days it will be returned back to us. Once we have received your shipment back our customer service representatives will contact you by email.

 

2. Priority airmail:

With this option, your order will be delivered via priority registered postal service in 5-12 post working days if you are located in Europe and 7-15 post working days if you are located anywhere else. This is a good way to save on shipping, but you definitely need to have tracking, please choose the express courier service.

In case there is no one available to receive your shipment a card/notice will be posted through your letterbox. Your parcel will be available for pick up at your local post office branch against id and signature. If the item is not collected within 14 days it will be returned back to us. Once we have received your shipment back our customer service representatives will contact you by email.

 

3. Express courier service:

With this option, your order will be delivered in 2-5 working days (depending on the location) via insured courier service. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped and you will be able to track the parcel online anytime.

* If delivery takes longer than expected or you suspect that the shipment might be lost in transit, please contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the local post. We cannot start the investigation process until 20 working days after the date of dispatch, since local post will not investigate until this point. No resend or refund will be available until the investigation is completed.

 
Since we are located within the EU clients in EU member states should not pay customs duties and taxes for the purchased products. For the rest of the world: before making orders please check with your local authorities about the customs taxes that will be calculated on the price of the selected product.
