Returns and Replacements
Under the applicable EU legislation MyTrendyLady guarantees to its clients the option of returning the products they have purchased within 14 days from the date the products were received irrespective of the reasons and in all instances when the products are defective or do not correspond to the order.
If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, return the unopened item to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund you. The product you wish to return, whether defective, shipped by mistake or unwanted, must be returned in its original unsealed packing including all parts, accessories and labels. The product should not be used and must be returned in a condition that does not reduce its value.
Please note we do not refund any postage (the costs for the initial delivery and for the return delivery of the product) you may have been charged for. An exception to the above rule is when the return is due to defective products or wrong shipment. In this case, MyTrendyLady covers the costs entirely.
1. Contact us per e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the circumstances. Please add a few pictures of the item and its packaging, especially if you have received defective or mistakenly shipped one.
2. You will receive a detailed instruction from us informing you where to send the package back, when you will be refunded or when you will receive the replacement.
3. Once we have received the returned product and verified its condition, we will reimburse your payment within 14 days.
